American Internet Tech donates to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (August 2018)
During the month of August, Texas de Brazil guests dining at domestic locations can help support families seeking care at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Contributions of any dollar amount may be simply added to the bottom of the check, and for every $5 donated, the guest will receive a $5 certificate to use at a later date. On Mondays, the incentive is doubled and for every $5 donated, the guest will receive $10 in certificates. Both matching or doubling gift certificates have a maximum potential of $50 and may be redeemed during a future visit. Texas de Brazil will be matching donations all month long up to $25,000 and no purchase is necessary to contribute. Since beginning the summer campaign in 2013, Texas de Brazil and its patrons have raised nearly $400,000 for St. Jude.
Ranchers will rope bulls and ride horses for a noble cause at the 21st annual rodeo to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at the beginning of August. The St. Jude Children's Hospital Rodeo has been Rodeo of the Year about 19 times including in 2017. The rodeo raised $96,400 for St. Jude Hospital in 2017. That doesn't include money Yates raised for St. Jude in 2017 through the Heartstrings for Hope concert. In all, he raised more than $200,500.
Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent when the hospital opened in 1962 to more than 80 percent today. If we all contribute, this rate can be uplifted to 100% within the next years. American Internet Tech, offers another monthly donation to the St. Jude Children’s research hospital for their lifesaving mission, so that no child dies from cancer.
